Moving Out?

Thanks for being a Bay Area Property Management Tenant. We are sorry to see you go!

To ensure your move out goes smoothly, please do the following:

  1. Give BAPM your 30-day written notice (use our Notice to Vacate form)
  2. (Optional) Schedule a Pre Move-out Inspection. The purpose of this inspection is to allow you the opportunity to correct any deficiencies in the unit in order to avoid certain deductions from your security deposit.
  3. Leave the property empty and clean (use our detailed move-out checklist)
  4. Return ALL Keys to the Bay Area Property Management office
  5. Give BAPM your forwarding address (use our Forwarding Address Form)
